Indiana is considered by most to be a conservative, pro-life state, but as we near the end of this year’s legislative session, some Hoosiers are thinking ahead towards what may be possible when it comes to protecting innocent life in the legislature next year.
Pro-life allies in Iowa have just pushed through a bill that would effectively ban all abortions after 20 weeks, as well as institute a 72-hour waiting period. Now, the only obstacle that remains is Republican Governor Terry Branstad’s signature.
