  We’re approaching another opportunity to defund Planned Parenthood in the U.S. Senate. In fact, a vote is likely within the next couple of weeks. Planned Parenthood – the nation’s leading provider of abortions – receives over half a billion dollars per year in taxpayer funding. The past ten days in the 7th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals – which includes Indiana – have been quite tumultuous. In two separate cases, two different panels of 7th Circuit Court judges have weighed in on what used to be a relatively settled matter: biology.
